The staff was the friendliest of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We also appreciated the bottles of water and popcorn upon arrival. We have only seen that overseas or more expensive hotels in the US. The staff was always available to guests but when no guests were at the desk founds things to stay busy. I even saw the general manager and front desk manager emptying the trash in dining area.

The breakfast was great with lots of options from cereal to omelets. The location was close to where I needed to be, my only caveat would be getting into the property from Interstate 20W. You have to get into the left lane immediately in order to turn on the road where the hotel is located. I arrived during rush hour so it was a little challenging.

Brand new Hotel! Very clean, modern and something for all ages. I never stayed at a Tru hotel before. But because I enjoyed it so much, I may only look for Tru in the future. Thank you to all the staff that were all so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great too!
